Hello, my name is Iveta, and I've been working as a live in carer for over 8 years now and gained a lot of experience from caring for a wide range of clients with different needs. Looking after people with mental and physical disabilities, including those who live with dementia, Alzheimer's, cancer, immobility problems combined with incontinence, and palliative care. I have been doing all aspects of personal care, everything from dressing, grooming to hoisting, preparing meals, feeding, administering medication as well as providing companionship. I am friendly, empathetic, patient and confident, and pay great attention to detail. I've chosen to be providing a care service as caring comes naturally to me. I like to listen to my clients' stories and feel that I can make a positive impact in the daily lives of those I care for, including their emotional wellbeing. I love animals, and outside of work I enjoy going for walks in nature, doing yoga exercise, listening to music, playing the guitar, reading and travelling, and visiting my family.
