Hello, my name is Iveta, and I have been a live-in carer for over 8 years, gaining extensive experience caring for a diverse range of clients with varying needs. My background includes supporting individuals with both mental and physical disabilities, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, cancer, mobility issues combined with incontinence, and providing palliative care. I handle all aspects of personal care, from dressing and grooming to hoisting, meal preparation, feeding, administering medication, and offering companionship. I have worked with clients managing conditions such as Alzheimer's, dementia, cancer, depression, eating disorders, orthopedic injuries, Parkinson’s disease, physical disabilities, and terminal illnesses. My approach to care is friendly, empathetic, patient, and detail-oriented, and I’m confident in providing a high standard of support. I chose to pursue a career in care because it feels natural to me—I genuinely enjoy listening to my clients' stories and take pride in making a positive difference in their daily lives, particularly in their emotional well-being. In my free time, I love being outdoors and connecting with nature through walks, practicing yoga, listening to music, playing the guitar, reading, traveling, and spending time with my family.
