About Patience M.

Since 2011, I have worked in residential homes, supported living accommodation and as a live in carer looking after clients in their private homes. I provided professional care service to young and and elderly clients with dementia, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, autism, physical and mental challenges. I am an adaptable, conscientious, enthusiastic, a good listener and patient care worker with extensive experience gained within the care industry. I always treat my clients with respect and dignity and always promote their independence so they can enjoy life more as well as engage in activities which they used to do before. I enjoy watching TV, reading, going for walks, shopping, cleaning, cooking and playing games. I also like to take my clients out to day centres, cinema, going out for a meal and accompanying them to appointments. I am available now for work and totally flexible to travel nationwide. I prefer a rotation of 4 weeks on 1 weeks off, however I am open to discuss your needs.

“My 88-year-old mother was beautifully looked after by Patience, who was friendly, caring, and always good-humoured, knowing just what my mother needed or wanted and acting appropriately. She and my mother formed a lovely relationship over the two weeks. I would strongly recommend her to anyone requiring live-in care for an elderly person.”
