About Lavinia M.

I have worked as a health care assistant and support worker for more than 10 years. I have worked with: the elderly, clients with learning disabilities and with young adults with disabilities. I have experience working in domiciliary care, in a hospital, and I have done live in care. I am trustworthy, hardworking, respectful to others and caring. I have done a lot of training courses and I am very experienced. I have three children and three grandchildren. My hobbies are going to church, watching TV and listening to music. I am available for live in care. Feel free to send me a message and we can discuss your needs!

Ok with cats or dogs

“Lavinia worked for my parents for nearly 5 years, as a live-in carer, from August 2017 - April 2022. Lavinia was sensitive and knowledgeable in communicating appropriately with, and caring practically for, my mother who had severe dementia, whilst striking the right note with my father who did not, at that time. She was utterly kind and empathetic, and gave my parents the space to feel that they had choices and were respected in their own home. She became a real friend to them, and to the rest of the family. We will miss her a lot. Lavinia is patient, calm, and flexible in her approach, willing to adapt to the changing needs of her clients. She demonstrated the ability to support physical disability, using a range of equipment. She was meticulous in record keeping and good in communicating with the rest of the family so that we could obtain whatever was needed to support them.”
