About Constance (Connie) M.

My name is Constance Msanjama, but please do call me Connie. With over 20 years of experience in the care sector, I am a dedicated and compassionate live-in carer, certified in dementia care and trained in first aid. I hold an NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care, and throughout my career, I’ve supported individuals with a wide range of needs including alzheimer’s, vascular dementia, parkinson’s disease, cancer, stroke recovery, learning disabilities, autism, T2 diabetes, osteoporosis, anxiety, depression, asperger’s, and rheumatoid arthritis. I take great pride in delivering personalised care that truly makes a difference. I am particularly skilled in supporting individuals with dementia, managing behavioural changes with sensitivity, and providing palliative care, mobility support, and personal care with dignity and respect. I believe that excellent care begins with building strong relationships — not just with those I support, but also with their families. I take the time to really understand the people I care for, so I can meet their needs in a way that supports their independence and quality of life. I’m also passionate about continually learning and am always looking for ways to improve and grow in my role. Outside of work, I love swimming, reading, music, and exploring new cuisines — I’m always experimenting with different recipes and flavours in my free time. If you’re looking for someone who is experienced, compassionate, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent care, I would be honoured to support your loved one.
