About Ncengiwe (Nancy) M.

I am a friendly, hardworking, and committed individual with excellent communication skills and a warm, approachable demeanor. With over ten years of experience in the Health and Social Care industry, I have developed a strong understanding of clients' needs and a natural ability to make things happen. I find the caregiving profession incredibly rewarding, knowing that I make a real difference in the lives of those I care for. Currently, I am in my second year of nursing studies, and I have gained extensive experience working in nursing homes, supported living environments, clients' own homes, and community settings. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals with a variety of conditions, including dementia, mental health disorders, Parkinson’s disease, infection control, and diabetes management. I have always approached care from a person-centered perspective, ensuring that dignity, respect, independence, and compassion are maintained at all times. I am passionate about providing the highest quality of care in a compassionate and dignified way, and I thrive both when working as part of a team and when using my initiative to work independently. My goal is to always ensure that my clients’ rights are upheld and that positive health outcomes are achieved.
