About Imagine C.

I’ve been working in the care industry since 2001, and it’s been a truly rewarding journey. My career began in Zimbabwe, where I volunteered at an orphanage, working with children with various needs. That experience taught me a lot about the importance of patience and kindness, qualities that I believe are essential in this line of work. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience, working as a care assistant and support worker, providing care for a variety of individuals. I’ve supported the elderly, people with learning difficulties, mental health issues, eating disorders, dementia, Alzheimer's, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease, and those with challenging behaviours. This wide range of experiences has allowed me to develop a well-rounded understanding of the needs and challenges faced by different people, and has made me more passionate about the work I do. What motivates me most about working in care is the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives. I find the work incredibly interesting and fulfilling, and I’m passionate about helping others overcome challenges and achieve success. Every day offers something new, and I learn continuously from those I care for. It’s a job that requires not only professionalism but a genuine love for helping others, and I’m proud to say that I possess both of these qualities. I’m an outgoing, bubbly, and kind person, and I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with those I support. People often describe me as someone who puts them at ease, and I truly believe that a positive attitude and a good sense of humour can go a long way in making others feel comfortable. I am always eager to learn and grow, and I take pride in being a good listener, always ready to offer support where it’s needed. I have 21 years of experience in the care sector, with 14 years spent providing live-in care. I’m always excited about the opportunity to help make a difference in someone’s life.
