About Fairesi Faye S.

Hello, my name is Fairesi Sinclair, but friends and family call me Faye. My passion for caring for others began in my teenage years when I accompanied my mother to church and visited the sick and elderly in our community. It was during these visits that I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping people and making a positive impact on their lives. With over 25 years of experience in the health and care sector, I have worked in a variety of settings, including NHS hospitals, residential homes for the elderly, and live-in care. I am certified in both dementia care and palliative care, and throughout my career, I’ve gained invaluable knowledge and hands-on experience. For me, caregiving has never just been a job—it’s been a way of life. I’m deeply committed and passionate about my work, ensuring that every client and their family receives the highest standard of care. Over the years, I’ve learned that each person’s needs are unique and constantly evolving. My ability to adapt and embrace changes has allowed me to continue providing exceptional care with a deep sense of love and dedication. I take great pride in making sure that all of my clients feel respected, valued, and supported, whether it’s through companionship, assisting with daily tasks, or providing personal care. In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, attending church, and traveling to new places to meet new people. I find great joy in seeing the world and experiencing different cultures. With an NVQ Level 3 and QCS 5 in Health & Social Care, I’ve spent almost 30 years working with clients who have a range of conditions, including dementia, Alzheimer’s, cancer, autism, and learning disabilities. I’ve also cared for individuals at the end of their life, those who are bedbound, and elderly or frail clients requiring a range of care services. My duties have included providing companionship, helping around the home, administering medication, full personal care, preparing meals, housekeeping, and assisting with more complex tasks such as catheter and stoma care, and incontinence care. I am a friendly, warm, compassionate, and giving person who always tries to find the positive side of things, even in challenging circumstances. My work is not just a profession, but a calling that brings me great joy and fulfillment.
