About Lilian N.

I began my career as a care assistant before pursuing further studies at university, where I qualified as a registered mental health nurse. For many years, I worked in this role, gaining extensive experience, before transitioning to live-in care. Throughout my career, I have supported clients with a wide range of conditions, including Alzheimer's dementia, vascular dementia, anxiety, depression, and mild cognitive impairment. I have also cared for individuals with physical and neurological challenges such as Parkinson's disease, motor neurone disease, traumatic brain injuries, and spinal injuries. My experience extends to supporting clients with chronic illnesses like Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes, COPD, HIV, cancer, and rheumatoid arthritis. Additionally, I have worked with those facing terminal illness, orthopaedic injuries, osteoporosis, visual and hearing impairments, cerebral palsy, learning disabilities, eating disorders, epilepsy, schizophrenia, and more. I am committed to providing compassionate, person-centered care that addresses each individual’s unique needs and enhances their quality of life.
