I’m Michael Jenje, and I’ve been working in the care industry for over 8 years, along with 3 years of volunteering in The Netherlands. My journey in care has given me a wealth of experience supporting individuals with diverse needs, including dementia, autism, and learning disabilities. I have hands-on experience with personal care tasks like washing, dressing, and mobility support, always ensuring that each client’s unique needs are met with dignity and respect. With my solid background in personal care, mobility assistance, and medication support, I’m dedicated to making a positive impact in the lives of my clients. As a driver with my own car, I offer flexible transportation options and am happy to drive clients in their vehicles if needed. I hold an NVQ Level 2 and am actively working towards my Level 3 qualification, which reflects my commitment to professional development and high standards in care. I strive to be friendly and approachable, and I pride myself on my ability to communicate effectively. I’m often described as quirky and jolly, and I genuinely care about the well-being of those I support. I believe in providing compassionate, individualized care that makes my clients feel valued and understood. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, experimenting with new recipes, capturing moments through photography, listening to music, and having fun with board games. My main focus is always on meeting the individual needs and preferences of the people I care for, ensuring they have the best possible experience.
