About Hermina P.

My name is Hermina Pancic, and I come from Hungary. I bring over 5 years of professional caregiving experience, along with approximately 10 years of personal caregiving for my own parents and other family members. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals experiencing various levels and types of dementia, including those with challenging behavior and mobility limitations. My approach to care is compassionate, empathetic, and patient, always treating my clients as if they were part of my own family, while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, going for walks, riding my bicycle, and spending quality time with my family, including our beloved dog, Bonnie. The families of the clients I have worked with often express how my presence brings comfort and warmth, making their loved ones feel as if they are surrounded by those closest to them. I believe in building genuine, trusting relationships, creating a sense of security and belonging, while supporting my clients to maintain their independence and dignity.

Hobbies

I have a deep love for books and reading, which allows me to explore new ideas and stories. I enjoy spending time in nature, whether it’s walking or riding my bike, and finding joy in the simple pleasures around me. I thrive in meaningful discussions, travel, music, concerts, and the vibrant energy of the theatre. I also enjoy engaging in conversations, entertaining others, socializing with friends and family, and staying connected through computers. Additionally, I have a creative side that delights in crafts, DIY projects, shopping, cooking, and baking—activities that allow me to express my passion for both the practical and the artistic.
