I have worked in care for over 9 years, it is a profession that has always felt right for me. I gain huge amounts of satisfaction in providing help to people and love to see and feel the positive effect that I give to families.
I have worked in many different settings, including care in care homes, pop in care visits to patients own homes, companionship for part and full days, waking and sleeping night duties, I have cared one to one for severe dementia patients, I have visited clients at their place of work and study for personal care. I am very flexible and can adjust to any setting. I have lone worked and been part of a team, I really enjoy all scenarios.

In my spare time I like to catch up with our four children, listen to their news from the week and arrange meals together when I can catch them! I also like to walk our two dogs. I enjoy cooking and gardening and growing my own vegetables. I like to create flower arrangements from my garden cuttings, recently I have started making candles. I usually have a DIY project on my mind that I like to discuss with Dean, my fiancé. I regularly visit the gym and like to try different classes; I am a strong swimmer and enjoy the treadmill. In the summer I also enjoy paddleboarding. We also enjoy theatre shows and eating out.
