I am an expereinced carer and adventurous cook. I am very much interested in cooking different cuisines from all over the world. I also enjoy cooking traditional English meals. I find it really interesting to find out about people's traditions, spirituality and how they live and can adapt to their needs. I have a profound love of nature with particular emphasis on the effects of climate change on our environment. I'm a Christian although l don't belong to a church, l also enjoy astrology, reiki abd natural healing. I love to read and my favourite authors are Jonathan and Faye Kellerman, Jeffrey Deaver, Halan Corben, John Grisham, Dan Brown. I enjoy walking in the countryside.
