I am a warm, friendly carer with a quieter personality, originally from Poland but now holding an Irish passport. I’ve been living and working in England since 2002, and I speak fluent and clear English. Since 2015, I have been working as a live-in carer, supporting clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes. My experience spans companionship care to complex care, including advanced dementia, advanced Parkinson’s, and limited mobility. I am also experienced in catheter care and proficient in using a range of hoists. Before my career in care, I trained and qualified as a dental nurse, a role I continue today as a locum between my live-in care placements. I chose to transition into care in 2015 after supporting a family member, which I found deeply rewarding. I love being a live-in carer, especially meeting new people and building meaningful relationships with both my clients and their families. I enjoy preparing nutritious meals tailored to my clients’ preferences, and as an animal lover, I’m always happy to assist with pet care.
