Taylor I.

Taylor is a well-presented, warm, sensible, calm carer with a good sense of humour. She was brought up in South Africa but has lived permanently in the UK since 2021 and has worked as a live-in carer since December 2021. Taylor decided to become a carer after caring for a family member and finding she loved the work. Before this, she worked for 4 years as a teacher in a school in China. Taylor has gained a wide experience with clients including those needing assistance with Cerebral Palsy, advanced dementia, stroke care, end of life and diabetes. She has practical experience with catheter care and a range of hoists and mobility aids. Taylor loves her work as a carer and is passionate about helping others. She says it is a selfless job and that helping someone live as independently as possible is a blessing. Taylor is a trained cook and enjoys cooking meals according to her client's tastes, she also loves to bake and will bake cakes and biscuits for her clients. As an animal lover, she is very happy to assist with pet care.
