About Robyn M.
Robyn is a warm and intelligent South African carer. She has previously worked in retail, as a bookkeeper,
a PA and spent many years as a therapist before becoming a carer. Robyn began working as a live-in carer
in 2018 and has looked after clients with dementia, degenerative neurological diseases, clients with poor
mobility and clients who are incontinent. Robyn particularly enjoys caring for the elderly as we all become
vulnerable, as we get older. Robyn is a friendly, articulate carer with attention to detail. She describes
herself as an independent, easygoing, hardworking and artistic person who likes to be active, friends would
say she’s a good friend who is very adventurous. Robyn says being African, she loves animals and is very
happy to assist in caring for her client’s pets.

In her spare time loves being outdoors on long walks, reading and swimming. She also used to ride horses and scuba dive. Robyn has travelled extensively and has learnt a great deal from experiencing different cultures and seeing the world. She likes to take her clients for coffee, walks in the fresh air, or to a local theatre if they would like. She also enjoys reading to her clients, watching movies with them, and participating in whatever they like to do.
