Christina L.

Christina is a well presented, cheerful, engaging and intelligent English Carer, who has been working as a live-in carer since 2009. Christina has cared for clients with Parkinson’s disease, mild and advanced Dementia, depression, strokes, limited mobility and paralysis (with hoisting and incontinence care experience) and has experience in Palliative care roles. Christina is a driver but does not have her own car. Prior to becoming a live-in carer Christina was a hotel manager and retrained as a carer after looking after a friend’s parent when she discovered that she had a real passion for the work. She initially worked in residential care homes and then became a care home manager. She finds live-in care work very rewarding as she believes that she is making a real difference to her client’s life and well-being.
