Caroline has worked in care for 12 years and has been with Heritage since 2016. She started her career as a domiciliary carer where she gained her NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Since 2011, she has worked in live-in care supporting clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes. She has had absolutely excellent feedback from Heritage clients and has mainly undertaken long term roles as clients want her to stay with them, thus offering them much-valued continuity of care. She has extensive experience in caring for clients with advanced dementia, reduced mobility, and challenging behaviour.
Caroline can work independently or as a member of a team and has experience working with nursing and medical personnel in the best interest of her clients. She is unfailingly kind, caring, patient and upbeat. She is an animal lover. A good basic cook and a car owner. We hold excellent references from previous clients.
