"Musa always provided excellent care for my elderly mother's as her main live-in carer for over three years with Hometouch. Mum lives with impaired hearing and Vascular Dementia with some episodes of confusion. Musa was a very skilled, kind, thoughtful and compassionate carer who put 100% into her role. Always acting an advocate for Mum, she managed Mum's confusion in a calm and sympathetic manner. Musa managed some of Mum’s social and medical appointments, attending these and kept the agency and family informed of the outcomes. She also always kept detailed written records of the care performed on the Open Pass App. Musa communicated well with Mum, was very committed to her and proved to be an excellent companion for her."

"I would personally highly recommend Musa for any position that she applies for within your agency. She was the sole carer for approximately 4 years to my elderly mother who had progressive vascular dementia. We decided that Mum would stay in her own home. Musa was like a member of our family and was always included in things during our visits with my husband or on my own, an outing to the sea, eating out, walks, board games etc... She had a wonderful special relationship with my Mum like a close friend. They would often laugh together about many things. She had a sense of humour and a positive outlook on life. The house was kept spotless and clean with home cooked meals which were healthy and enjoyable. She was a very patient person and in touch with Mum's needs as they changed from dementia. They enjoyed doing jigsaws, board games, solitaire, gardening etc and she was open to new ideas and very flexible. I never had to worry about the care Mum was receiving as I live at a distance. My husband and myself miss her dearly and were extremely sad to see her leave her position. I would highly recommend her for any position with a gold star rating!! She is kind, patient, honest and a special person that crossed our paths. We wish you the best Musa. With love Helen and John"
