As a dedicated and trained Health Care Assistant, I have developed a wealth of experience in providing compassionate care to individuals facing a variety of challenges. I am skilled in supporting clients with conditions such as ADHD, Alzheimer's dementia, anxiety, autism, COPD, learning disabilities, non-insulin-dependent (Type 2) diabetes, osteoporosis, Parkinson's disease, and vascular dementia. I pride myself on my excellent communication skills, which enable me to establish strong, trusting relationships with my clients. Being fluent in both French and English allows me to connect with a diverse range of individuals and families. My strong interpersonal and counselling abilities—encompassing active listening, effective questioning, and assessing needs—ensure that I can respond thoughtfully and effectively to the unique requirements of those I care for. In my leisure time, I enjoy cooking, singing, dancing, and reading, which I believe helps foster a well-rounded approach to both my professional and personal life.
