I have worked in the care sector for many years and love being a live in carer. My experience is wide and varied; I have worked with people who suffer from dementia, diabetes, Parkinsons, medication management, hoisting and challenging behaviour. Caring has been my passion, and I come with a thorough knowledge, experience and skills which gives me insight into the medical side of care. I observe well and liaise and communicate well between all parties such as medical teams and community assistance. I have been with families for up to five years and they comment on my confidence, competence and compatibility. I love music, singing and dancing ( I was once a professional ballroom dancer!) I love joking and being with people.
