I have worked with mainly the elderly within hospitals, communities and care homes as a nursing assistant for 8 years. I provided personal assistance for clients/patients who suffers from Dementia, anxiety, Parkinson’s, depression and cancer patients etc. My experience as a certified nursing assistant, along with my clinical experience have allowed me to attain relevant skills necessary to ease into my career as a live-in carer.

I am approachable, flexible, sympathetic and hardworking carer with skills/attributes necessary to contribute to my clients well-being whilst also promoting independent living. I am multi-skilled with practical experience and good at relating to people from all walks of life/background. My personal basic principle is to see people find their life’s purpose and do what I can to fulfil that mission.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, listening to music, painting, socialising and open to new activities.

I mainly looking for live-in and I am available now and flexible to travel nationwide. However I am also available for hourly, nights, weekend or day if not in a contract so please feel free to message me and I will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.

I know Sylvia because she was a private live in carer for my brother. Sylvia cared for my brother for 2 years providing personal care and assistance when needed. Whilst caring for my brother who suffers from Skin Cancer, Sylvia carried out the following duties, personal care, washing, assist using the toilet and dressing up, medication administration and feeding. She also carried out general tasks like housework, laundry, shopping and overall reassurance, comfort and safety”. Sylvia was great as a carer and she also made sure she observed, monitored and recorded any changes in my brothers condition and also made sure I was made aware on daily basis. Sylvia also made sure she promoted and engaged my brother in positive nutritional health diet and Mental / Physical exercises. Sylvia was very dependable, excellent attendance, committed and as very hard working lady with good communication skills both written and verbal. Sylvia accepts responsibility and is a flexible person who is always willing to learn. I do not have any reason why she should not be suitable to work with vulnerable people, children or elderly. She will be a great asset to the company and also any family will be lucky to have her care for their loved ones.
