About Wendy M.

I am a friendly and caring person who has worked as a support worker and healthcare assistant for 20 years. I have worked with a range of people 18-90 years old who have experienced different health conditions and disabilities in a wide variety of healthcare settings. In 2005 I completed an Occupational Therapy Degree. This has given me a deep understanding into the issues about disability, illness and age. I'm empathetic and use a person centred approach. The client and I work together as a team to ensure all their needs are met. I have a friendly and caring personality with open and honest communication. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my friends on day trips and sight seeing across London and visiting parks. I also enjoy table tennis, pool and trampolining and sometimes tiddly winks. I am available on Monday - Thursday evenings and possible some mornings from Monday to Friday, please contact me if you have specific dates I cover the Northfields, Boston Manor, West Ealing and Perivale areas, at a rate of £20 an hour or £150 a day. I am also willing to work in the Letchworth / Hitchin area, but I can only for at least 3 consecutive hours, given the travel distance. I can be available for cover at the weekends, but given my availability I will need to book this by the 20th of of the previous month.
