I have been working in the care field for more than 17 years. During these years I've assisted clients with all their personal care e.g. physically and emotionally. I enjoy providing attention when needed, whilst making sure clients retain their comfort and dignity. I'm very patient, compassionate, honest, well organised, hard working, reliable and a good listener. I have cared for clients with end of life, Dementia of all stages, Stroke and Cancer to name a few. I like giving companionship, playing crosswords, watching a movie together and specially make them take part in their own care . I love to Travel and experience new places, cultures and food, I enjoy cooking and trying out new healthy tasty meals for my clients. I'm a very experienced carer who loves looking after people in need and make a difference to their life. When not at work I enjoy reading books, watching football and tennis. I am looking for live in care placement but would be available for emergency cover as well.
