In the past 7 years, I have had the opportunity to work as a Support Worker/Carer for elderly people and for young autistic people. I have extensive experience in supporting clients with different conditions and diseases as memory loss, learning disability, mental health, dementia, Alzheimer disease, Parkinson disease, cancer, limited mobility, physical difficulties, swallowing problems, epilepsy, autism, and spinal cord injury. I am a positive, friendly, enthusiastic, very caring, loyal and reliable person. I pay close attention to details and perform task efficiently. I am also adaptable and can handle several tasks at the same time. I also consider myself to be a quick learner and have the willingness to learn new things. I believe in the power of smiling as this makes it easier for people get very comfortable with me. I always go the extra mile and deal with each client as individuals in a person centred way. I always support and engage my clients with activities that they wish to take part in such as going to church, coffee mornings, cooking, gardening, going for a walk or drive, eating out and visiting friends. Currently I'm available from the 1st of August 2018 and flexible to travel within Greater London. I prefer to do 4 weeks on with a client and open to accommodate client’s needs.
