As a skilled cook with cordon bleu/chef-level expertise, I ran my own catering business for many years. I have a talent for preparing dishes from around the world and love cooking for both large groups and individuals. Nutrition is one of my specialties, and I believe that even a small appetite deserves vibrant, flavorful food. I also enjoy gardening and growing my own vegetables and herbs, which often make their way into my dishes. In my downtime, I take pleasure in reading, sketching, writing, and exploring the great outdoors. I am an avid birdwatcher and enjoy identifying birds as part of my love for nature. Live performances like comedies, murder mysteries, musicals, and operas are my favorite forms of entertainment, and I value the simple joys of homemade treats like bread and marmalade, which I’m always happy to share. I am also a regular churchgoer, and my faith provides me with grounding and strength.
