I have over 25 years experience in varied roles as well as a Diploma in Health care. Most recently I have worked with a complex care clients in their own homes as a Rapid Response team player but previously worked with individuals in their own homes supporting them with tailored needs. I have experience with MS, spinal injury, brain injury, dementia, stroke, neurological disorders, catheter care, feeding with tubes, learning disabilities and support with end-of-life care. Working with people in healthcare setting can be challenging yet hugely rewarding, my experience has enabled me to develop a variety skill and qualities. My passion for the care sector is to achieve person’s tailored care needs while maintaining your dignity, choice, independence, privacy, respect, safety, and equality. I am visionary thinker, highly motivated and hardworking individual who makes a real contribution towards maintaining the efficiency of an organisation. I have an enthusiastic approach to work and an innovator, while taking responsibility of my own work. An effective communicator, a team player and committed. Throughout my career l have worked in demanding environments and can manage to standard within deadlines.
