Ramona N.

Ramona is a warm, thoughtful, intelligent carer from Romania and speaks fluent English. She started her career as a live-in carer in 2017, she enjoys providing supported independence to her clients on a long term basis enabling them to lead as full life as they are able whilst providing continuity of care. Ramona has a wide experience assisting clients with a range of needs including Dementia, Stroke care, rehabilitation following a hospital stay and clients with poor mobility who need support with moving and handling, she has practical experience of Catheter care and a range of hoists. Ramona has a background in engineering and banking, she decided on a career change to help her daughter through University and hasn’t looked back. She finds her role very rewarding, she is a doer and enjoys planning projects with her client whether pruning the apple tree or sourcing a free garden umbrella and making a base for it so her client could sit in the shade in his garden. She feels she can make a real difference to her clients and their family.
