I am an outgoing, warm, trustworthy and friendly person with a mature and positive outlook on life. I am an extremely reliable and responsible individual and have this same approach with my work and passion for care. I have demonstrated great commitment to my work and clients maintain a patient and respectful attitude. My experience in the care sector spans 15 years and I have performed in roles such as a trained care assistant, support worker and live-in carer. I have a very good awareness of health, safety and hygiene and practice this in the best way possible. I have developed effective communication skills and am able to work well when following my own initiative and when following instructions and procedures. I naturally have good observational skills as well as the ability to see changes in behavior. I am adaptable and able to support my client(s) in the best way they require.
