Jurate B.

Jurate is a kind, thoughtful, experienced carer from Lithuania she speaks English fluently with an accent but can be easily understood. Jurate has worked as a Live-in carer since 2010 and has experience assisting clients with a range of health needs including Dementia, Parkinsons, Stroke care and Diabetes. Jurate loves assisting her clients to be as independent as possible taking them on excursions and to visit family and friends, allowing them to enjoy their life as fully as they are able. She says it is very important to listen to her clients and fit in with their routines. Prior to her career in care Jurate obtained an Engineering degree and worked as an Engineer before retraining as a Primary school English teacher, she became a professional carer after looking after her parents and found it very rewarding.
