About Lynda B.
Lynda’s background includes working in a variety of administrative roles in a Mental Health Unit from 2009 – 2013. In these positions she gained in depth knowledge about the CQC and liaised with the clinical team on a daily basis. In 2014 she moved into hands on care and has worked both in daily and live in care since this time, supporting clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes where she gains much satisfaction in assisting her clients to achieve an improved quality of life. Referees highly recommend her as a carer and described her as being likeable, intelligent, caring, confident and observant with a good sense of humour. Absolutely honest and trustworthy.
