Agata P.

Agata is a warm, friendly carer. She was born in Poland, grew up in South Africa and has lived in the UK since 2010. Agata has worked as a live-in carer since spring 2020. Before her move into care work, she spent a few years as a teacher of English as a foreign language before training as a yoga instructor, massage therapist and health coach, including taking yoga courses in India and Thailand. More recently, she spent over four years as a learning facilitator in a school in London helping and supporting children with autism. As a live-in carer, Agata has cared for clients with varying health needs including clients with dementia, cerebral palsy, depression, OCD and clients who are recently bereaved. She also has cared for clients who are receiving rehabilitation after hospital discharge and clients receiving palliative care.
