About Aissatu I.

Aissatu says she was born to be a carer. She first became a carer when she cared for a disabled family relative. Since moving to the UK in 2003 Aissatu has worked doing many care roles in the community and in Nursing Homes. Her main experience has been in caring for clients with Learning Disabilities and those with dementia. She has assisted clients with personal care, cooking, cleaning, taking to hospital appointments and out into the community. She has also assisted nursing staff in the community when caring for clients who are end of life. Aissatu is a driver and is happy to drive her client’s car if required.
