About Viola M.

Viola is a warm, friendly, and calm carer who was born in Zimbabwe and has lived in the UK since 2003. Viola has worked in care all her life and her experience includes live-in care, care homes, supported living, and as an HCA in a hospital, hospice, and rehabilitation unit. When she arrived in the UK, she initially worked in care homes before moving to live-in care in 2008. Viola has extensive experience with a range of healthcare needs including dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke care, diabetes, Downs Syndrome and clients with limited mobility. She also has practical experience with catheter and stoma care and is competent in operating a range of hoists. Viola loves her role as a carer. She finds it very rewarding and fulfilling to make a positive difference to her clients through the companionship, care, and emotional support she provides. Viola is a confident driver with her own vehicle.
