Molly has worked in care since 2011 and as a live in carer for the last 7 years with a wide range of experience supporting elderly clients to live as independently as possible in their own homes. Molly was brought up around horses – her father was a jockey and one of her sons is also a jockey, her other son is a groomsman. She loves all animals, especially dogs and enjoys all aspects of country outside life. She is a highly motivated, friendly, kind and enthusiastic carer who is able to communicate effectively at all levels. A compassionate person with a firm belief in the power of high self-esteem, she is an excellent team player, and is flexible and committed to providing a high level of tailored care to her clients. Molly is a driver, a non-smoker and a good cook – she enjoys making lovely home-made soups.
