About Jane N.

My name is Jane Ndimba, and I am a passionate and dedicated Health Care Worker with a deep commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of others. My journey in healthcare began in Zimbabwe, where I qualified with a Nursing Diploma and chose to pursue a career in nursing and midwifery. There was a shortage of healthcare professionals at the time, and I felt a strong calling to step in and help. In 2002, I relocated to the UK, and by 2005, I started working as a domiciliary carer, providing care and support to individuals in their own homes. Over time, I transitioned to residential and dementia care homes, where I gained valuable experience working with clients who have complex needs. Since 2023, I have been working as a live-in carer, offering personalized, one-to-one care for my clients in the comfort of their own homes. I also hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which complements my nursing qualifications and reflects my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I am confident in providing personal care to people of all ages, and I am skilled in monitoring and recording vital signs and observations, always adhering to professional guidelines. I am a compassionate, patient, and self-motivated individual who takes pride in treating every person with dignity and respect. Confidentiality is very important to me, and I always strive to offer emotional support and understanding alongside practical care. Helping others live with comfort and dignity brings me great joy, and I am proud to dedicate my life to this rewarding work.

“Jane is fabulous and is so pro active and understanding. She has become part of the family and has a beautiful presence within the house. I know my parents are in great hands and she has been brilliant in encouraging them but also lets them do things in their own time. She is just amazing in more ways than others and I put full trust in her.”
