Paula A.

Paula is an enthusiastic, positive and adaptable carer who takes pride in providing high-quality care to her clients. Paula has worked as a carer since 2012 and she has experience working in domiciliary care and nursing homes. She has worked as a live-in carer since 2017. Having worked in nursing homes for many years, Paula has a great deal of experience with different types of hoists as well as catheter and stoma care, PEG feeding, and incontinence care. As a live-in carer, Paula has had experience caring for clients with various conditions including diabetes, dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s disease and depression. She is happy to assist her clients with their personal care and medication. She is also happy to do light housework and enjoys preparing nutritious meals, encouraging her client to get involved in meal preparation if they wish and are able. Paula finds her work as a carer very rewarding, caring comes naturally to her and she loves supporting someone who needs her help and brightening their day.
