Bo is a friendly, intelligent and very experienced Polish carer, with over fifteen years of live-in care experience in the UK. Bo has cared for elderly clients with mild to advanced dementia, and those who have experienced strokes, Parkinson's, polio and limited mobility. She also has experience with hoisting (including ceiling hoists) and incontinence care. She began working as a live-in carer in the UK in October 2005, with a break from 2012 to 2013 when she went travelling in Asia. During her travels, Bo volunteered and began teaching English in Taiwan, Hong Kong and Indonesia.
Before she became a live-in carer, Bo studied journalism in Poland and was a freelance journalist for different Polish newspapers from 1994 to 2004. Bo speaks English clearly and fluently. We have very good references on file for Bo, which describe her as caring, reliable and calm, and also honest and trustworthy. Bo will happily cook meals to suit the tastes of her clients using fresh ingredients. She is mostly vegetarian but is happy to cook meat for her clients. She is a driver with a clean European driving licence and a non-smoker.
