My name is Kate K Joyce and I have been working in the care sector for the past 15 years, which includes providing care for the frail, and elderly, and caring for end of life in care homes and in living care. While carrying out my duties as a professional, I ensure that I provide Centred care tailored to the needs of individuals in accordance with the Care Plan, respect the client’s property, and dignity, promote the independence of the client, and ensure that adequate records and reviews are recorded. I have also worked in a Mental Health hospital supporting clients with daily routine chores and ensuring a safe environment. I have worked with people disability from different age groups, having physical or learning disabilities, or both under the Autism Spectrum. I am involved with the planning of daily activities, shopping out with clients, Cooking, washing, general cleaning recording, and attending Various appointments as recorded in the diary. In all areas of my job role, I do use my own initiates when necessary. As I cannot describe who I am fully, I then asked a few colleagues of mine, friends, and neighbours who they think I am. they described me as someone who empathized with others, good nature with a nice sense of humour friendly, hardworking, honest, diligent, approachable, and encouraging to others. My hobbies are Cooking, singing, and going for walk.
