I have recently been working in social care jobs e.g., project worker, support worker. In these jobs I have managed to positively engage the service users to gain self-confidence despite their vulnerability. I can communicate effectively with people of different age groups or ability without labelling or judging them. I am very flexible and can work effectively on a rota an experience from being a support worker. I have an appreciation that people need their personal space and I have always accommodated this aspect in my caring. I am willing to undergo any training seen as important in my job. I have good interpersonal skills and good sense of humour. I work well self-motivated and can work independently or in a team- setting and can be relied upon to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
