About Judith B.

I am a team player who delivers quality care to clients both under supervision and working alone. I enjoy working as a carer and I take great personal satisfaction in performing my duties and developing a greater understanding of the people I care for. I have learned so much in my time as a carer and gained vital skills along the way such as moving and handling, medication administration, emergency first aid and methods to carry out personal care. I am capable of running a house and completing all the necessary tasks around this like laundry, shopping, cleaning and maintenance. I also possess the required level of patience and sense of humour that is vital when dealing with challenging health issues. I am passionate about making my clients feel heard and valued and I take great pride in getting to know them as a person.

“Judith has worked as our full time carer for the last 2 weeks and has proved to be diligent and hardworking. Looking after my partner and I for 24 hours a day with a 2 hour afternoon break. In the morning she helps us get up, shaved and showered as required. Cooking 3 meals per day. Overseeing our medication (including tablets and eye drops), washing, ironing and looking after our clothes. Ordering medication and doing general shopping. She is quick and willing to learn.”
