“Words cannot express what a support Penny was to my mum and myself in her last 3 months. Penny has great experience in end of life - she knows what symptoms to look out for and identifies them and implements actions before they become a problem. She works seamlessly with the other supporting palliative and nursing teams with a very clear and structured approach to care. She is kind thoughtful and has been a great support not only to myself but also visiting friends during this difficult time. In summary, I don’t know what I would have done without Penny - she has made my mums final weeks as comfortable as they possibly could have been and supported me unconditionally during the process with regular, clear communication and a team effort on difficult decisions that needed to be made. Anyone looking for an end of life carer would be very lucky to have Penny with them.”

“Panchali has been a brilliant support for the family. We are very pleased with her. She has navigated my mother‘s care very well and has been very good to us. She has the appropriate skill set that is needed to provide the correct type of care. We would not want her to leave any time soon. Thank you to her and Hometouch.”

I have a appreciation for reading, as it offers me the opportunity to delve into diverse worlds, ideas, and perspectives through literature. Engaging with various genres enriches my understanding and stimulates my imagination. Additionally, I enjoy walking, whether it be a leisurely stroll in a local park or a more invigorating hike in nature. This activity not only allows me to maintain an active lifestyle but also provides me with a chance to reflect and connect with my surroundings
