I have worked in different care settings with a variety of clients, all of whom had their individual needs and required a different level of care; from basic companionship to complex support. I have experience with personal care, administering and ordering medication, booking appointments and liaising with clients family or next of kin. I am reliable, honest, empathetic, a good listener and communicator. I engage my clients in activities such as monopoly, watching movies or videos, listening to the radio, taking them out to a knitting group or doing some house chores - just what they prefer to do. Some of the clients I have worked for like going out for meals as well. I like to ensure that my clients feel comfortable in their own homes and also care for them with utmost respect and dignity. In my spare time, I like listening to music, reading books, going to the cinema, watching videos, watching TV, news and enjoy going for walks. I am available for live-in placement and flexible to travel nationwide.
